Privacy State
State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-15
This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
Data Categories Involved
Three categories are relevant. Identifiers such as IP address and cookie IDs. Internet activity, meaning your interaction with pages on this site. And contact information, which exists only if you supplied it. The sources are your device and, where engaged, our analytics and advertising partners.
Rights and Requests
The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.
Is Data Sold or Shared?
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Where advertising is served, identifiers may pass to advertising partners, and that can constitute a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California and other state laws. The opt-out route is Do Not Sell or Share My Information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.
How to Submit a Request
Use hello@seniordrift.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
